EasyBaby is a baby care note organizer for parents and caregivers. It helps users record and review parent-entered information such as meals, bottles, diapers, symptoms, and care notes.

EasyBaby is not a medical device, doctor, nurse, pediatrician, diagnosis tool, treatment tool, emergency service, or replacement for professional care.

You are responsible for the information you enter, how you use your notes, and when you contact qualified medical professionals. If a child may need urgent care, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician.

EasyBaby is intended for adults who are parents, guardians, or caregivers with permission to manage a child's care notes. Children should not create accounts or use EasyBaby on their own.

You keep ownership of the notes and information you enter. You give EasyBaby permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the app.

You should not enter information that you do not have permission to use, share, or manage.

You are responsible for keeping your email, password, and PIN secure. EasyBaby may require email verification for account access and recovery. You can sign out or delete account data through the app where available.

Do not misuse EasyBaby, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, use the app for unlawful purposes, or use another person's account without permission.

EasyBaby aims to be reliable, but no app can guarantee uninterrupted service. Users should not rely on EasyBaby as the only place for urgent or legally required records.

EasyBaby may update the app, change features, suspend access, or end accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

EasyBaby is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EasyBaby disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EasyBaby is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from parent-entered notes.

If these terms change, EasyBaby will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of EasyBaby after changes means you accept the updated terms.
