EasyBaby collects the information you choose to enter, such as account details, child profile details, baby care logs, symptoms, diaper notes, bottle or meal notes, settings, and exported care notes.

EasyBaby may also collect basic technical information needed to run the service, such as device, browser, app performance, security, and error information.

Information is used to provide the app, save and sync notes, support account access and recovery, create exports you request, protect accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

EasyBaby does not sell parent-entered care notes.

Some information is stored on your device so EasyBaby can work offline. Signed-in users may also sync information to EasyBaby's cloud systems. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, logging, and security providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.

EasyBaby is for parents and caregivers, not for children to use on their own. Adults should only enter information about a child when they have permission or authority to manage that child's care notes.

If you believe a child's information was added without proper permission, contact us and we will review the request.

EasyBaby shares information only when needed to run the app, follow the law, protect the service, or complete an action you request, such as sending an email or exporting notes.

When you share or download notes, you control who receives them.

You can update app settings, delete this device's data, or delete your EasyBaby account in Settings where available. You may also contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy questions.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, export, object to, or limit certain uses of personal information.

You can delete this device's data in Settings. Signed-in users can delete their EasyBaby cloud account and associated account data where available.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, or records kept to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

EasyBaby uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can promise perfect security, so you should keep your password and PIN private.

EasyBaby may be used in different countries. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, and privacy rights may vary by location.

If this policy changes, EasyBaby will update this page and revise the date above. If a change is significant, EasyBaby may provide an additional notice in the app or by email.
